Sometimes 3D printing is a solution in search of a problem. In this case, it came in the form of a Bosch Laser Level (GLL30) that I bought at a garage sale. It was missing the cover for the battery compartment, so the batteries wouldn't stay in place. Hence the reason for it's appearance in a garage sale. A little bit of engineering time in front of a CAD program and voila, we have a battery cover!
