<p>I printed it with PLA. If I had to do it again, I would print it in PETG for a little more flex, but PLA works just fine.</p><p>The design can warp, so you need to be careful with ambient temperatures and moving air while you print. I experienced some slight warping in my print, but pushing the cutter wheels into the holder straightened it out just fine.</p><p>For dimensions, see the attached screenshot of the underlying sketch.</p>
