Deutsch: ==================== Dies ist ein Aufsatz für die Bosch MUM5 Küchenmaschiene. Er passt auf den Fleischwolf und kann zum Spätzle machen verwendet werden. Dafür füllt man den Teig in den Gleischwolf rein und hält das Ende des Ausatzes direkt über das kochende Salzasser halten. Dann die Spätzle in gewünschten Abständen herunterschneiden. Ich nutze dafür einen Gummi Spachtel. Mein Spätzlerezept: 400g Spätzle/Nudelmehl oder Typ 550 Mehl 4 Eier 1 TL Salz 220ml Wasser English: ==================== This Addon is for the Bosch MUM5 kitchen machine. It is used to make swabian noodles. For that I use the meatgrinder addon to the kitchen machine. This Thing can be put right on that Meatgrinder. The dough can be pushed into the meatgrinder and then extrudes directly into boiling salt water below it. You can use a rubber spatula to cut the noodles at your desired length. Here is a recepie for a basic swaibian noodle dough: 400g Pasta Flour 4 Eggs 1 Tsp salt 220 ml water Mix it well and fill it into the Meatgrinder.
