I modeled this specifically for a Bosch ROS20VS to connect to a Ridgid shop vac. It may work for other Bosch tools and should work with any standard shop vac connection also. I recommend using a resin printer rather than FDM printer as the layers on an FDM printer could weaken and break with all of the movement which a sander will undergo. I used a Elegoo Mars which has sufficient built space if the model is rotated from the default orientation just a little bit. If you need to make modifications for your sander I will share out a link to the Fusion 360 document I used to create the item.
