Boscoyo strip mount for 12-pointed star

This add 24 mounting points for Boscoyo strips to the base of the 12-pointed star. The original idea was to mount this on a Tomato cage. That didn't work - the Tomato cage collapsed under the tension of the strips. So will probably modify this to have a PVC pipe fitting at the top instead.
