Replacement parts for Bose TP-1A headphones originally I printed the part designed by spabbarter to replace what broke on my headphones then the band sliders broke as well so i decided to remix the ear piece hinges to fit a little better, and i added some parts for everything to go together perfectly with a little bit of slop in the parts so they arent super tight when you put them together without part finishing, my printers dimensional accuracy isnt great but I included the files I made in 123D while I was working on this so that if you need you can try and tweak the details to make things fit better or change screw sizes. speaking of which the screw sizes I used are maybe 1mm diameter shaft that is 4mm long and a 2mm diameter head, IDK I had some spare screws left over from a syma x5c quadcopter and used those. the screws for the headband cushion retainers are sized for the original screws though since I still had them on hand. um... print vertically with support for best results? i think the cushion clips need to be tilted about 4 or 5 degrees to sit vertically I guess I'lll add more information if I forgot anything
