Two different types of BOTTLE CAPS for a subsequent closing of opened bottles.I found the original parts recently in my kitchen drawer and I tried to make a redesign, as precisely as possible. The first part, that looks like a crown cork with a fastening ring and a "ribbon" between both of them, could be made of a bendable plastic material, like »PP« (Polypropylene). This type of a BOTTLE CAP can be used alternatively for crown corks on opened "German Beer Bottles".The second one can be used as a screw cap for bottles with a thread (28 mm PCO), according to the added screen shot in the gallery. The used plastic material could be »PP« too.Notes:The bending of the "ribbons" are modeled and shown in ideal representation. The inner thread is modeled like a metrical thread, with a flank angle of 60 degrees and a pitch of 3.18 mm.If you like to make 3D prints, it could be necessary to change some parameters, after testing your prototype on real bottles. Both models are available in following data formats:STEP-files (.stp) and STL-files (.stl).
