A simple »Bottle Closure«, made of five plastic parts and one sealing, made of silicone rubber. One part - the action lever half - is the same, so that only five different components are needed, to build up an effectively working »Bottle Closure«. The locking mechanism is based on the principle of an »Over-Centre Lock«. Materials acc. to the original articles: Action Lever: »ABS« Action Bolt: »POM« Bottle Cover: »ABS« Washer: »POM« Sealing: »Silicone Rubber« Notes: The model is very close to the original product. The joining of »Lever Bolts and Lever Holes« are modeled with the same nominal dimensions. Model (open state) available in the following formats: *.stp (STEP) *.asm (PTC Creo Parametric 2.0)
