Decorative bottle topper. Not a replacement for a cork or cap, and most filaments aren't food-safe anyway. You can grab an STL of the plain cap from [here](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2726648) that you can use to test on a bottle, so you can scale the full model as needed. The print needs quite a bit of support under the cap, which you can remove with needlenose pliers.
