This is a simple Bow Holder Add-On designed to work on the CNC Hotwire (4-Axis) 5477327 by mperaltaoz. The original wire with a wheel and weight works great for narrow fuselage sections. I've always had better luck cutting larger wing panels with a bow, so I fashioned this one. The Bow Hook and Wire Holder replace the CNC Wire Holder and CNC Wheel Holder parts that attach to the CNC Vertical Plate Interior Plates. Print two each of the Bow Hook and Wire Holders at 100% infill. All the holes on these parts are purposely undersized so they can be drilled out for a good fit to your hardware. You will need two 6-32 (or similar) threaded rods long enough to be threaded into the Wire Holder and hold your bow. Enlarge the hole on the Wire Holder just enough so the 6-32 rod can be threaded into it. Enlarge the hole in the Bow Holder so that your threaded will slip through it easily. Attach the one Bow Holder assembly to each of the vertical plates. Place your bow on the hooks and adjust until the wire is resting firmly on the wire holders. Connect your wire heat wires BETWEEN the wire holders, about 1/4" (6.35mm) from each one. Now go cut some foam. NOTE: If you place the power wires outside the holders you will melt them
