The first Version of this trainer setup is started with this model from GrabCad (I'm likely going to try my hand at going from scratch later): https://grabcad.com/library/takedown-bow-grip-1, I don't want to take credit for their work. I recommend printing this with 4-walls, and 4 top and bottom layers. So far ABS is far and away my favorite plastic for this, though PET-G would come in second. PLA worked, but I worry about it left in hot cars-etc.. This is meant for 6mm OD rubber, I have both 4mm and 3mm ID that has worked, please tie a large enough knot in the rubber. #USE AT YOUR OWN RISK# I do not know how your printer does or how you tied the knots, however I can tell you mine is plenty strong. The rubber will over course fail eventually, please watch your eyes. This does take a larger printer, and I am more than willing to print and send one to you if you want, I'll look into shipping costs, etc..
