Bowden extruder mount for RigidBot

This mounts the standard RigidBot extruder to the 20mm bars, and has a threaded hole that fits a 1/8" BSPT bowden coupling (10mm threads). This is the coupling that came with the Bowden version of the E3D v6 hot-end. I included the DesignSpark Mechanical drawing for your remixing pleasure. DesignSpark Mechanical is astonishingly good, and happens to be free BTW. Note that the pictures represent a v1 (beta) that I didn't release, so you'll notice some minor enhancements. Instructions Parts: 2 x 6-32 x 1/2" or greater screws (or someone close in metric) 2 x 6-32 washers 2 x 6-32 hex nuts 2 x M3 25mm screw (to mount the NEMA17 motor) Print the top and bottom parts at 0.2mm layer thickness or better. I used PLA, but others should be fine. I printed mine a little too fast as you may notice from the poor surface features, but it's plenty strong. Bowden Coupler: Pick off any large burrs from the threaded hole, and run a metal instrument along the thread to scrape off any gross protrusions. With the plastic Bowden coupling provided by E3D ready, heat up a soldering iron, and hold the threaded hole such that the opening is down. Using the skills you carefully honed playing Operation as a child, slide the soldering tip upward into the hole without touching the sides or top, and hold it there for about 8-12sec (start small). With the threads soft, quickly screw the coupling into the hole. You'll know within the first couple turns whether the threads are soft enough. Should screw in and out like two bunnies in springtime after that. Mounting to the RigidBot: Place the top part over a bar and attempt to slide the bottom part in from the side. You might have to trim off some support printing roughness to make it fit. Press the hex nuts into the holes on the bottom and use the screws and nuts to clamp down from above.
