Bowden filamentguide Geeetech i3 aluminium

I rebuild my Geeetech i3 pro for a bowden setup, and was in need for a new filament-guide. After trying out several guides i found on thingyverse, i found that there is too much resistance in a printed guide when the filament have to go back 180 degrees. I made this guide for use with this filamentroller i made for my previous extruder setup https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3430176 the hole in the filament guide is made for 4mm PTFE Tube, with no other than a tight fit to keep it in place. Depending on your printer, you might have to cut/drill the holde to make the tube fit. Having the filament roll attach to the Z tower, eliminates vibrations in the Z axis tower when the extruder pulls filament. I have made a new and improved design of this filamentguide, with a clip-on for the frame. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4239105
