Couldn't find what I was looking for on Thingiverse, so made a bowden extruder mount that will mount on top on my AM8 and center straddle the 2040 to pull filament from a rear mounted spool holder. *Update - I added a different extruder mount that works even better for my AM8 at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2667218
