Bowden tube holder for Monoprice Mini Delta printer

This is a mechanism for holding the Bowden tube in place on a Monoprice Mini Delta printer (could probably be used with other printers as well). It replaces the blue plastic and brass connector that breaks too easily. I glued some small pieces of 100 grit sandpaper on both sides the 'jaws' of this holder to prevent the PTFE tubing from sliding, and now it holds the tubing solidly in place. I drilled 2 small holes in the side rail of the printer to hold the assembly in place -- the two outer screws on the assembly go all the way through the assembly and through the drilled holes, and have nuts and lock washers on them. The other screws just 'self-tap' into the plastic and are used to clamp the block and base together.
