This is a high-poly, 3D model designed specifically for use in VR and real-time applications. The model has already been set up to take full advantage of real-time environments. It's also suitable for use with architectural interior scenes, as well as any kind of visualizations or animations found in computer-generated content projects. As it is now, this 3D printable model retains the exact same dimensions and scale that you would find in a real-world application. Originally created using 3ds Max 2016, the file can be exported into several different formats for use across multiple software applications. With this model, you're also given the option to subdivide it further if needed. The best part is that it has been created as one solid geometry object from start to finish, allowing for easy subdivision and increased resolution. Currently equipped with a TurboSmooth modifier placed directly on top of the mesh geometry and set at two iterations, this 3D model has been well-prepped for real-time rendering applications. This rendering is done using V-Ray 3.0 with simple, yet effective VRay standard materials and does not rely on textures to enhance visuals.
