3D model optimized for real-time VR applications, architectural visualizations, animations, and 3D printing. Model includes accurate real-world scale. Originally created using 3ds Max 2016, then converted to various formats. This 3D printable model can be subdivided for increased resolution. Initially created as a single solid object, ready for subdivision with advanced options available. Geometry object features Turbosmooth modifier applied on top of the mesh, utilizing two iterations for enhanced realism. Model is positioned at scene origin for simplified management. Rendering accomplished using Vray 3.0, accompanied by standard material with no textures included. Note that lighting setup within 3ds Max scene has been excluded to facilitate modifications. Dimensions for 3D print stand at 13,392cm in width, 13,399cm in depth, and 134.6cm in height. Modification possibilities exist.
