The 3D model is specifically designed for VR applications, real-time usage, 3D printing, architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations, and any other project in the CG field. The model has accurate dimensions for real-world use. It was initially created using 3ds Max 2016 software and converted into other formats for compatibility. This versatile 3D model can be further detailed by subdividing it multiple times to enhance its resolution and accuracy. When exported, the entire model remains as one single geometric object that's ready for subdivision, ensuring a seamless transition in various workflows. One unique feature of this model is that it includes a Turbosmooth modifier layered on top of the mesh geometry with two iterations applied, giving it a more polished look and higher resolution. In terms of positioning, the model sits precisely at the origin point of the scene. For rendering, Vray 3.0 software was utilized along with basic Vray standard materials to achieve a natural, non-textured appearance. Please note that illumination settings for the scene are not included within this package.
