Edit August 29, 2021 - Added a smaller Single Row version and also another with less slots. The dimensions for this smaller box is 210L x 134W x 60H (milimeters). It will fit on an Ender 3 and Prusa MK3/S. Card Holder Box with adjustable dividers. Was originally designed for the card game called Marvel Legendary. Each internal row is 100mm wide and 73.1mm tall and 11mm between each divider slot. The total width of the outside of the box is 260mm X 248mm for the top and bottom. It will not fit on a prusa. I printed this with my CR-10. I printed mine with 2 walls, 15% density, and .7mm line width in PLA. It will take up roughly 940-950 grams of filament with these settings for the main bottom box and lid, so it can be printed with one full 1kg reel. You could reduce the line width for the walls to reduce filament as an option. The latches I printed with nylon. The nylon isn’t required. Latches can be done in any filament type. The holes for the 4 screws are for M3X20. I have included a very tiny test piece for the M3 screw fitting to ensure you have the right tolerance so you can feel assurance before printing the entire top or bottom of the box (for Latched Version). The tolerance for the lid to connect to the bottom is quite generous. There are two box versions. One is with latches, and one is without. Please use the large printable screw for the non latched version and you can slightly change the scale if it doesn't fit perfectly. If you have any issues with the latch catching and securing (latched version), I'd recommend just change the scale slightly for the latch. The latches only take about 10 minutes each so that's no big deal. I would recommend that you use a print bed adhesive on the corners just to prevent any lift. It’s a really solid box and feels very durable. If you do get any warping, you can use a heat gun or hair dryer to mold/bend the lid or base to fit tigher. One of mine had a very minor gap due warp on the lid, and I just wawrmed up the lid, and pushed it closed onto the bottom main and it stayed and closed perfectly. No supports necessary. Feel free to message me if you have any questions. I have added a youtube video to see the box in use: https://youtu.be/eIuoNVNiUi8
