This mounting enclosure is for a KT36/48 eBike controller that is rated for Max 22 +-1A. It gives you a way to mount the controller as well as cover it to some degree. I put some slots in the box for cooling (not sure if it's enough or even necessary). The top cover is supposed to snap into place after you screw(m4) and glue the frame mount and insert the controller. You should be able to insert 2 hose clamps into the frame mount and snug it up somewhere on your bike. Do not print with supports everywhere (touching build plate is preferred) because it will be hard to clean up the bits of plastic. I've used PETG for my print which might need to be painted for UV resistance but I'll worry about it when I cross that road. Pictures are from the original V1 design. The current design is slightly larger with a few adjustments for reduced supports during print time and also more room for wires. My print quality is not great at the moment and the lid doesn't have a perfect alignment but it does snap into place. I used some tape to ensure it stays closed and to avoid having the lid pop off as temperatures change (not sure if that is a thing but, you never know).
