Box for USB step down module, charger
thingiverse
I purchased a pair of affordable USB step-down modules from AliExpress. They can be powered by DC voltages ranging from 6 to 24 volts and output a stable 5V, with an estimated current rating of approximately 1.5 amps when not subjected to excessive heat. To house these modules, I designed a custom enclosure consisting of two primary components: the bottom part and the cover. The bottom component is represented by the file usb_charger_bottom.stl, while the cover comes in two distinct variations: * A basic, unventilated design denoted by usb_charger_top.stl * A more advanced variant featuring ventilation holes, as depicted in vent_usb_charger_top.stl These two components are designed to be securely joined together using M2 screws.
