So I had this wireless (bluetooth) cheap joystick which I was not using and I wanted to use my very old Logitech Racing Momo pedals as rudder pedals for DCS and FS2020. Removed the joystick's pcb and mapped the connections to a 9 pin db9 socket. This project is the box that will house the joystick pcb, the essential buttons for mode configuration, the lipo battery and the db9 socket for easy connection. The battery is charged via the micro usb connector on the back of the box and lasts ages from an overnight charge. The box and joystick pcb can be used for many other applications like diy pedals or whatever you want (based on 5KOhm to 10 KOhm pots or Hall effect transistors). Followed this guide to map the joystick axis and got everything working as I wanted. https://www.reddit.com/r/flightsim/comments/6dp4mh/how_to_use_racing_pedals_as_rudder_pedals_for/
