This is an end cap for standard square steel box tube. I made for one inch outside dimension with 1/16" wall thickness and another for 1 inch outside dimension with 1/8" wall thickness. box tube is a common material for welding projects and it is nice to put caps in the ends to make them safer, prevent water from getting in, and to make them look nicer. injection molded end caps are cheap and strong but if you want color control or you don't have any on hand these can be handy.
