So, my idea, based on the old Cosplay gag of a cardboard box with 'Gundam' written across the front, is a Box Walker! The Box Walker is a character whose stats you roll, and for fluff purposes, you're seen as having said rolled character around you, with whatever race and class bonuses you get for that. Hit zero though, and instead of dying or death rolls, your box breaks, and you're a depressed civilian human, poor stats and all until you get a new box. Then RE-ROLL EVERYTHING.
