This box was designed to hold the numerous cards from "Munchkin Quest". NOTICE: To save some material and reduce printing time, the bottom of the box and the lid are not completely filled. This means there are holes in it. Instructions Printed with: Prusa Mendel ABS Nozzle: 0.5 mm @ 220°C Carrier: glass coated with ABS-aceton-solvent @ 120°C Advice for Skeinforge: I tried the lower part of the box twice because the toothed belt jumped. The reason for this fault is based on the thin walls of the lower part of the box. As I tried printing this part with only 1 shell and used rectangular filling of the narrow walls, the rapid movement of the printer's head caused the toothed belt to slip. To circumvent this problem: Use 1 extra shell during printing. With this option the narrow walls will consist of 4 parallel lines and the printer's head moves smooth. I played a little with different wall thickness: In my first design the wall was only 1 shell thick causing massive deformation of the walls during cooldown. Due to this deformation, some horizontal layers broke apart.
