Filament Box Lock & Lock

Filament Box Lock & Lock

I was looking for a good airtight container for my slightly wider Formfutura rTitan filament. The Lock & Lock 5,5L is just perfect and is now my favorite filament box. It can hold filament spools that are up to 100mm wide (or do you say tall?). Things you need: 1x Lock & Lock HPL836 5,5L / 185OZ (Also called "rectangle 186 OZ" on Amazon US) 1x M8 threaded rod (cut it to 113mm) 2x M8 bearings (Type 608) 5x M4x8 screws 1x M8 nut 1x push fitting with PTFE tube. Use a 3,5mm drill for all the screws. I drilled one hole in the exact center of the back of the box, screwed in the first of the three screws to attach the spool holder (Part B) and then eyeballed the other two holes to make the spool holder stay straight above the center point. (See the picture). I would recommend printing in PETG or ABS, so the screws have something soft to bite into.
