Boîtier "Jeedom" pour Raspberry et PiDrive avec ventilateur

Ce boîtier est prévu pour un Raspberry Pi 3 (ou 2) équipé de ses radiateurs et d’un ventilateur ainsi qu’un PiDrive (250Go). Le boîtier est surélevé grâce à des pieds pour faciliter la ventilation. C’est un remix de cette pièce disponible sur Thingiverse : * Case for Raspberry Pi and PiDrive (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1594044) Les modifications que j'ai apportées sur les pièces : * RPi3B + PiDrive - Dessus : J’ai augmenté la hauteur des parois pour pouvoir mettre au-dessus du RPi, un ventilateur (30x30x7mm) et un radiateur (14x14x6mm), ajouté des trous de ventilation sur les côtés et changé les symboles de ventilation (Triskel pour le ventilateur et Jeedom). * RPi3B + PiDrive - Dessus - 1ere couche 0.1 : C’est la même pièce que « RPi3B + PiDrive – Dessus » à la seule différence que la 1ère couche (layer 0.10mm) est pleine sans les symboles de ventilation (j’ai eu des problèmes lors de l’impression, mauvaise accroche des petites formes). Il suffit de supprimer avec une lame de cutter la 1ère couche au niveau des ouvertures des symboles. * RPi3B + PiDrive – Milieu : J’ai augmenté la hauteur et agrandie le trou de ventilation au centre de façon à pouvoir mettre un radiateur (9x9x5mm) sous le RPi et ajouté des trous de ventilation sur les côtés. * RPi3B + PiDrive – Dessous : J’ai ajouté des trous de ventilation sur les côtés et ajouté des trous en dessous pour pourvoir y insérer les pieds pour le surélever. * RPi3B + PiDrive – Pied : Pour surélever de 10mm le boîtier par rapport au sol sur lequel il est posé. Pour fixer les différentes pièces entres-elles, j’ai utilisé : * 4 vis M3x6mm (pour fixer le RPi sur le milieu) * 4 vis M3x10mm (pour fixer le milieu avec le dessous) * 3 Vis M3x12mm + écrous (pour fixer le ventilateur avec le dessus) * 4 vis M3x20mm (pour fixer le dessus avec le milieu) * 4 vis pour fixer le PiDrive (vis classique pour disque dur) Si vous avez imprimé mon boîtier, n’hésitez pas à mettre vos photos. --------------- This case is intended for a Raspberry Pi 3 (or 2) equipped with its radiators and a fan and a PiDrive (250GB). The housing is elevated with feet for ease of ventilation. This is a remix of this piece available on Thingiverse: * Case for Raspberry Pi and PiDrive (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1594044) The changes I made on the parts: * RPi3B + PiDrive - Top: I increased the height of the walls to be able to put on top of the RPi, a fan (30x30x7mm) and a radiator (14x14x6mm), added ventilation holes on the sides and changed the ventilation symbols (Triskel for the fan and Jeedom). * RPi3B + PiDrive - Top - 1st layer 0.1: This is the same part as "RPi3B + PiDrive - Top" with the only difference that the 1st layer (layer 0.10mm) is full without the symbols of ventilation (I had problems when printing, poor grip of small forms). Simply remove with a cutter blade the 1st layer at the openings of the symbols. * RPi3B + PiDrive - Middle: I increased the height and enlarged the ventilation hole in the center so I could put a radiator (9x9x5mm) under the RPi and added ventilation holes on the sides. * RPi3B + PiDrive - Bottom: I added ventilation holes on the sides and added holes underneath to insert the feet to raise it. * RPi3B + PiDrive - Stand: To raise the housing by 10mm from the floor on which it is placed. To fix the different pieces between them, I used: * 4 screws M3x6mm (to fix the RPi on the middle) * 4 screws M3x10mm (to fix the middle with the bottom) * 3 M3x12mm screws + nuts (to fix the fan with the top) * 4 screws M3x20mm (to fix the top with the middle) * 4 screws to fix the PiDrive (conventional screw for hard disk) If you printed my case, do not hesitate to put your photos.
