I think it's a great example of how FDM Printing can make a real difference in everyday life. Unless you own the same bike, though, it might not be very useful. My mother-in-law has a modified tri-bike that lacks sufficient power for her to apply the parking brake. I decided to take matters into my own hands and disassemble the plastic handle. I took some photos of it and then used Fusion 360 to modify its design, doubling its length in the process. To make sure my mother-in-law knows which pedal is the brake, I chose a bright red color for it. Despite experiencing some warping during the printing process, the new handle fits perfectly and is much easier to use.
