<p>I use the brake line guide on my 2018 KTM EXC F450 which is equipped with a navigation tower for rallye racing. It will fit on all bikes with a similar fork.</p><p>For installation I use Rovaflex 11x260 flexible zipties. You can use regular zipties as well. Just snap the guide over the brake line. Use a regular 20mm plastic screw as shown.</p><p>The guide is printed in Extrudr Flex Hard with a shore D58. NinjaTek Armadillo or another TPU with a shore higher than A95 should be fine.</p><p>I used for printing:</p><p>layer height 0.2</p><p>line width 0.42</p><p>wall line count 4</p><p>top and bottom layers 8</p><p>infill 20% Grid</p><p>no support</p><p>Printer: CR10 V2… yes, the bowden extruder prints even soft TPU (Shore A60) like a champ.</p>
