This is a replacement gear for Braun Visacustic 1000 Super 8 Film Projectors. The original gear wheel cracks due to brittleness after some years and due to this the distance between the teeth is not uniform anymore. This leads to an irregular playback speed and seems to be a common issue, as after-market replacement parts are sold on ebay for >20€. Instead of a grub screw the design pins the gear on the shaft via an M3 nut and M3x10 mm bolt. The printed gear works like a charm and revived my dad's old projector :)
