Breaker Knockout

Breaker Knockout

thingiverse

This is a breaker knockout blank to fill in spaces where breakers have been removed from circuit panels or breaker boxes. It is a remix from the one by N1VG. The only changes were I made the tabs more flexible by adding reliefs in front of and behind the tabs. Designed in SketchUp Printed in PLA, and I used MatterControl. I printed them on their sides, so the layer cleavage would make the tabs less likely to snap off. I printed with support, and a brim, which will require a little clean up afterwards. Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: .3mm Infill: 30% Notes: I used support, and I used a brim. Post-Printing Clean up... Expect to spend a couple of minutes on each blank with an exacto knife to remove the support material.
