Breakfast's cell stand (laser cut)

Breakfast's cell stand (laser cut)

This is a cell phone stand meant for laser cutting in 1/8in (3.17mm) plywood. It will fit most phones, even with a case. The laser cut files (DXF) already have a 0.15 mm kerf allowance programmed in. Even if your laser cutter has a slightly different keft, this Thing should assemble easily. I've added some tolerances in the joints. One piece needs to be sanded at an angle (see picture). It can be assembled with the glue of your choice (carpenter glue, CA, SuperPhatic...). I used CA. If you don't have access to a laser cutter, there are services like https://www.ponoko.com/ that do it for you.
