This breathable ball gag prints in 2 halves that are then glued together in place. Use anything you like for the strap. A wide shoelace works great. Printing in ABS and doing an acetone vapor bath to smooth out the layer lines is heavily recommended for cleanliness reasons. Applying some external coating like epoxy resin may work too. I've included many diameters ranging from 40mm to 60mm, and the FreeCAD source file if you want more customization. If you don't want to mess with FreeCAD, but want a custom variant, just leave a comment with what you would like and I'll upload the file. Here are the parameters I can change: diameter, thickness, number of holes, diameter of holes.
