Breen Helmet

Here are my versions of Breen Helmet from Star Trek Deep Space Nine. Version 1 & 2 are without holes for the eyes and version 3 is with holes for the eyes and small holes at the bottom of the nose for ventilation. Version 3 is wearable as you can see on the picture. I had a bit of problem to keep the original shape that would fit my head. I had to make few adjustments, but final version (v3) with LED's, cooling fan and voice synthesizer is quite comfortable to wear. You will also find dxf files for laser cutting the Breen visor (in green translucent perspex) and for the eyes (bronze tinted perspex). Once you cut the visor put it in the oven for 5mins at 100 Celsius and then shape it to fit into the helmet. Any suggestions for improved next version are welcome \//
