Brew jack - tip your mash tun or fermenter to reduce trub transfer

This is a simple wedge with a lip. You use it after chilling when you are transferring wort to a fermentation chamber. It tips your kettle slightly to help condense the trub and reduce wort wastage. I also use it at bottling in the same way - I transfer the fermented beer into a separate bottling vessel for bulk priming so this lets me again reduce sediment transfer and reduce wastage. These are a good size for 15 litre vessels as I brew 10 litre / 2 gallon batches - if you gear is larger they may or may not work - just make them as big as you can on your printer. There are four different tilts to try - I am still deciding which works best when. - DO NOT USE WITH HOT WORT - CHILL FIRST hot wort is dangerous as it sticks to you meaning it burns your skin better as contact is longer - this thing is no way safe to balance 10 litres of boiling wort on.
