This is a mold to make bricks with. You need to use Type 1 silicon to fill the space with. It will take almost exactly one full tube. to make quick setting silicone from caulk watch this video https://youtu.be/0jFjaVuueEU you only need a little soap though, maybe 2 tablespoon per gallon. anyway jam that ball of caulk into the mould, starting from one side and working out any air bubbles they get trapped. Use fast setting cement, dont get anything with big rocks in it. look on the bag and make sure it says you can shape it to a feather edge. I use cement-all, but its white so i add some grey charcoal coloring. make a few silicon molds and you can crank out 200 bricks at a time.
