I have a Briggs Brute 3400psi pressure washer with a 3 prong gas cap and the prongs broke the first month I owned it. I have never been able to find the correct cap, so I finally printed one. It is a snug fit. If you want a gasket type seal, I thought about printing the handle in 100% solid TPU. I would print the handle 100% solid not matter what material as the rig of the gas tank puts pressure on the top handle. 5mm tapered head screw 16mm to secure the 2 parts.
