__Important Update__ (2021-07-21): I slightly modified the propeller like inside of the pinion to improve "idle movement", e.g. when pulling the mower backwards. The old version sometimes blocked in both directions. Now the little metal plate has more play and moves swiftly. I left the other versions online, but recommend to use version 3 only. --- My good old lawn mower (push-mower BRILL RazorCut Premium 38) didn't work any more properly, because one of the gear pinions (Sperrritzel) was a bit worn and the wheel didn't drive the spindel reliable any more - it stopped every now and then. BRILL was meanwhile acquired by AL-KO who still sell the RazorCut models under the new name, i.e. it should be possible to get spare parts, but they are not really cheap and some shops don't have them any more. If you still want to buy them, look for part numbers B00479/B00464 or ALB00479/ALB00464. These mark part 17L and 17R of the diagram. But of course you can also print your onw :-) I first tried to design an exact copy of the original, where the middle base sticks out a bit. For easier prnt I cut it off to have a leveled base and glued it back on after print. Then I realised, that there is no obvious reason for the ring holes top and bottom, so I removed/filled the top one and reduced ther lower one for more stability. And to compensate for the middle-base sticking out at the bottom, I just printed a 1mm washer, which doesn't have to be glued, but is simply mounted before the tappet Make sure you print the correct version left or right (which are mirrored)
