Brio Connector

Brio Connector

thingiverse

This is to repair the broken off male connectors on a Brio-compatible dual train signal. Print with supports. Note that the part that inserts into the toy is set for 12mm which might be too long for your use case. It's also a very tight fit -- the parts can be pounded in with a rubber mallet without use of glue. The shafts may require some sanding to size. Or you could adjust it to maybe 0.2mm less overall dimension and use glue. After getting the part mounted, you can use another piece of track as a wrench to adjust the connector into alignment.
