Brio M1 - Signal Lights

This is an add on to the earlier Brio - Mechanical (Geared) Interchange/Switch - M1 Track that I designed. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4793935 The toy builds on the mechanical gears that switch a train to give a red or green light to tell trains whether or not they can proceed. This is not a build for the faint of heart, as it requires gears and tight tolerances, you should have some experience and confidence in your printing before attempting this. It can be quite fiddly and you might require some tools to get things to work just right. This said, it is a delight and welcome addition to a wooden train set once it is working. My son helped assemble it utilising the attached PDF instructions. Please let me know how you get on if you print this as feedback on how I can improve the design is always welcome. Instructions Full instructions and tips and tricks have been provided in the PDF for the print. This said, you will have had to have printed the Brio - Mechanical (Geared) Interchange/Switch - M1 Track first before you can assemble this. If you have built that first and are looking to upgrade, most of the parts are reusable, with the exception of the 20mm open gear and the gear knob, which are superseded by this print.
