I wanted a small case to store a clean disposable face mask and ended up making a series of cases.  The smallest one is  fun for your pocket or on a key chain.  These print really well and snap together easily.  All the parts are interchangeable so you can print one lid, latch and hinge and use them on different body sizes.   The series is based on 10mm depth and 60mm width.  Then the lid is 10mm high and the bodies vary in size as follows: 200mm 150mm 100mm 50mm 30mm All dimensions are internal.  To make a set you print one latch, one hinge, one lid and then pick the body size you want. More information about this design. and many many more, on my blog site...  https://logicalplant.com Print Settings: Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height Infill:  30% works well but if you want maximum strength print at 100%.   Filament:  PLA Assembly note(s): Take note that the hinge should be snap in with the spine or back of the hinge against the body and lid.  In other words the openings on the hinge should be facing out once assembled.
