Broken Armory 80% Jig Router Adapter

These are files to print that allow you to use a router to mill out the 80% lower receiver using the Broken Armory drill press jig. Several items will be needed to make this work and they are listed below: Press fit drill guide: https://www.mcmaster.com/8491A297 5/16" ID Sealed Bearing (https://www.amazon.com/NTN-608-Ball-Bearing-Deep/dp/B003MUJXT4) 3 bearing screws, specs found here: https://www.mscdirect.com/product/details/67561928?rItem=67561928 This router mill bit: https://www.americangunsmithtooling.com/products/5-16-3-flute-1-2-loc-3-75-oal-zrn-coated-carbide-end-mill 4 screws to secure your router to the router place, match the thread pattern of your chosen router. Any of the routers that work with the 5D Tactical router jig will work here as well. The BrokenArmory_RouterPlate part is meant to sit around the existing plates provided with the Broken Armory jig, the plates you would use as the last step to finish mill the side walls. It was designed tight so a file will be needed to remove some material for a super tight and secure fit. The filler piece is needed when switching from the main FCG pocket to the back shelf pocket. Best to use 80% lowers with the back pocket already removed from the factory. The functioning of this jig adapter is very similar to routing out with the 5D Tactical jig, so watch a few videos on that process to become familiar with it. I did use a 3/8" drill bit to open up the 5/16" drill opening, but didn't drill that bit the entire wat through...only 1.25" down from the top of the 80%.
