Well here are the top and bottom plates for mounting hitec HSR 2645 CRH Continuous rotation servos. I dont know if it will fit other servos, as i designed it to specifically fit those servos only. As you guessed it, these parts are for the Bruder d5 dozer only. You will need to do carefull cutting to fit these plates into the dozer, and you will need specific hardware as well. 3mm threaded rod to pull the servos together, and 2.5mmx25mm long cap head screws to suck them together between the model and the plates. These work and i have built three rtr models with no issues at all. you will also need m3 threaded nylon lock nuts, as well as 2.5mm nylon lock nuts. also a good allan screw kit, and a pair of needle nose plyers is an absolute must as the 2.5mm lock nuts sit upside in the model, and the 2.5mm screws are designed to sit from under up to keep the underside as tight to the model as possible. The wheel adapters are designed to line up with the faint holes on the servo horn, and the square hole is just to help take it out of the wheel if you need to remove it due to installation error, they are made to fit 2.5mm machine screws, as its a tight fit between the servo and the rotating horn. The servo mount bracket for the blade is designed to fit a Hitec 645mg servo, and will fit buy putting the wires through the under top bracket first and then pushing it back to line up with the holes. Its a tight fit, but you will need to put m3x16mm long machine screws to fasten it to the front of the dozer. it also is desgined to fit 1/2 oz lead weights beside for added weight. In summary if you use the hardware i have specified the conversion will work fine for you, if you try to use other stuff, it might not work for you, so in the interest of all parties involved follow the information provided and youll have a great working long lasting dozer conversion, you will also need to put 2.5mm socket head screws on the sprockets to grab the tracks, ans well as cutting the sprocket the width of the inside clips on the grey tracks, failure to do so with not allow proper movement and proper end product. if you dont want to do the work, its 550 $ Canadian to build one plus your shipping costs, THIS IS A READY TO RUN MODEL PRICE, INCLUDES TRANSMITTER AND RECIEVER, AND BATTERY, YOU NEED A CHARGER. ALSO DUE TO PRICE INCREASES IN MATERIALS PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
