This is a brushless mount adapter for and Eflite 450 Outrunner brushless motor to a Hobbyzone Supercub RC airplane. The brushless motor puts out far more power than the stock brushed motor. I can now do vertical climbs. :) Instructions print both parts and glue together with acetone. The long legs on the aft mount point downward. the wide holes on the forward part are below the close holes. see photo. I used 3 mm x 20 mm bolts and lock nuts to attach the motor to the mount. the stock screws attach the mount to the stock firewall. The forward mount is provided in the sketchup file. The aft mount geometry was created in ansys ed. see file mk_aft_131002c.mac the ansys macro call file: ansys_2_stl_append_130131.mac which is one of the downloads available for thing 50851 (CORRECTED #)
