Brushless Motor Thrust Bench Jig Parts

Brushless Motor Thrust Bench Jig Parts

I made a bench testing jig for brushless motors out of what I had laying around: 16mm aluminum square tube, 1/4" jig hardware, and rivets. And it worked great, but then I got a 3D printer and made some improvements. Here's the files. Update: wow this is old and nasty. I made three other versions after this. I don't recommend that you use this design as a hot motor will melt the plastic. Instructions I'll get around to this when all the parts are dialed in. The finished jig will use bearings and cost less than $30. You can get the scale from Harbor Freight - ~$13 I'm not sure where I found those little quick disconnect joints but those are essential to this system. It should be obvious that the prop is installed as a tractor facing inward and the most dangerous place to be is in line with that prop (should it split).
