Adapter for a British Standard Pipe Parallel (DIN ISO 228/DIN 259) G1 1/2'' thread to attach a 38mm hose Printed it for a pump because the originial part was not big enough. The 38mm hose ist often used in swimming pool filters. OpenSCAD file is attached for other thread/hose diameter Print Settings Supports: No Resolution: 0.15mm Infill: 100% Filament: ABS Notes: 1.2mm shell Instructions Main module hose_barb_outer makes outer threads hose_barb_inner makes inner threads Comment out the not required type. Feel free to play with the different settings. You can find a table with the whitworth threads at the end of the file. Calibration The thing can be calibrated by resetting the correction factors (cFact1 and cFact2) to 1.0 and printing out a few layers of both sides (hose and thread). By calculating the relation of the real world values with the ones in the CAD model you set the correction factors accordingly.
