BTT BigTreeTech CB1 on PI4B Adapter Case

I wanted a full case with a small fan for the BTT (BigTreeTech) CB1 with the PI4B adapter, which is an OK substitute for a Raspberry PI. BTT provides files, but the top doesn't create a full case like I wanted. It took a bit of work, but the result was satisfactory to me. The case can be printed without supports, or with minimal supports. There is a hole for the wireless antenna, CSI connector slot, and a 40 pin connector slot. I'll add feet, fan options, and a VESA mount later.
