Btwin Vioo 500 adaptor to Petzl tikka

Adaptor to fit a Btwin Vioo 500 (or same familly) onto a Petzl Tikka (or same family) strap. I needed a better headlight to go hiking during the sumer, my old Petzl Tikka has a perfect strap for my head, but has a very low light intensity. So I decided to design a "frankenlight" from my rechargeable bike light. Now I can swap between both, and the Btwin has a red light mode which is perfect for night sky observations. There is 3 parts for eases of printing (I don't like support). "PetzlBtwin_hinge.stl" is the hinges (split in two in the middle), you have to print two of it at high resolution (0.08 mm). There is no need of support if printed vertically. "PetzlBtwin_Adapt.stl" is the main body of the adaptor, there is a groove for the two hinges. You don't need to print it at high resolution. Print it vertically if you want to avoid any support. Building is straightforward, slide the two hinges into the groove (you can glue then in place or not) and clip the adaptor onto the Petzl strap (at the place of the lamp body). Slide you Btwin Light onto it and enjoy long outdoors night.
