Bubo is based on the mechanical owl featured in the 1982 Clash of the Titans. Bubo comes mounted on a custom tree branch, commemorating the introductory scene of the character in the original film, with an artistic twist. Unlike the branch in the film, this mount is designed to be simple, but sturdy. Bubo version 3 has been optimized to improve the output of feather details. The perch has been reduced in scale, allowing the majority of material and time to be focused on the main character.
