Buckle for backpack

When the plastic buckle for adjusting the straps on my son´s backpack broke I found a ruler quickly measured the buckle and drew it in tinkercad. It´s more a practical and quick design than a thing of beauty, but it took 10 minutes and 30 minutes of printing. I replaced both buckles and the backpack is now ready for school again The strap is 1” wide (25 mm) Machine and filament used are from www.3dprinter.no This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/6ew154ZNS43 Print Settings Printer: 3DFactories, Easy3DMAKER Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: ,2 (Medium) Infill: 100% Notes: I used PLA for this, I made it thicker than the original part. With 100% infill it seems more than strong enough. If I have problems with it, I will post the results. It is now in the toughest test environment possible - the elementary school!!! I used simplify3d for slicing Post-Printing Test subject How I Designed This I designed this as fast as possible Managed to draw and start printing before my wife had loaded the washing machine.
